Shipping & Processing Times
We work hard to ensure your little one never runs out of essentials.
- Processing Time: Monday–Friday (excluding federal holidays)
- Daily Cut-Off: Orders placed before 2:00 PM PST usually begin processing same day
- Orders placed after 2:00 PM PST, on weekends, or holidays will begin processing the next business day
Weekend outbound pickups are not available.
Delivery Speed
- Standard Delivery: 2–5 business days within the U.S.
- Delivery speed may vary based on destination and shipping carrier performance

Enjoy free standard shipping on orders $50+ (before tax and after discounts).Perfect for stocking up on our natural diapers and manuka honey–infused wipes.

Your shipping method is automatically selected based on weight, location, and quickest estimated arrival.
PO Boxes, APO/FPO, Alaska & Hawaii
- We can ship to PO Boxes, military addresses, Alaska, and Hawaii via Standard Premium shipping
Holiday Shipping Schedule
Our warehouse and shipping partners observe the following U.S. federal holidays, which may affect delivery times:

Order Changes and Cancellations
We move quickly so your baby supplies arrive fast — which means changes are time-sensitive.
To request a cancellation or address update:
Email hello@manukind.com within 1 hour of placing your order.
Important Details:
- Once an order is picked in the warehouse, it cannot be canceled or modified
- Sometimes orders placed before 2:00 PM PST may be picked within 30 minutes
- After 2:00 PM PST, you may have a little more time
Subscriptions (Auto-Renew)
You have full flexibility:
- Skip, reschedule, or cancel anytime in your Account
- Reminder emails are sent 1 day before your subscription renews (if opted-in)
Returns and Exchanges
We want you to feel confident choosing Manukind.
Return Eligibility:
- Returns accepted within 30 days of delivery
- Items must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging
- For safety reasons, opened or used diapers or wipes cannot be returned
